Elegant men’s pocket watch by Helvetia with a round Lépine case made of 800 silver and a hand-winding mechanism. The outer dust cover is engraved with a geometric pattern; the inner dust cover is made of metal. Both covers bear the number 3745513. The movement is marked “Helvetia.” The gold-colored metal dial features raised Arabic numerals and a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock.
